TIME System Specifications

The information below provides system specifications
for using TIME with a Desktop workstation or a
Kiosk.
Desktop Workstation
We recommend that desktop workstations use Windows
2000 or Windows XP and use Internet Explorer version 5.5 or greater or
Firefox version 1.0 or greater.
Kiosks
All Kiosks must run Windows 2000 or
Windows XP with Internet Explorer version 5.5
Service Pack 2 or greater. A specific version of the
Sun Java Plug-In is also required. Information on downloading
and configuring this plug-in is available online here.
Card Readers
To use a card reader a DIY Kiosk must have a 1 x 9 pin (DB9) COM1 Serial Port.
