If you're experiencing a problem in TIME and are taken
to an Incident Report form, please complete that form and submit it. This
is the most efficient way for a problem to be reported and ensures that
all members of our TIME Support team will see your issue.
Employees should contact their supervisors for any problems
or questions about using the TIME system. Supervisors who are unable to
resolve the problem or answer the question are encouraged to contact the
FMS Help Desk (on the Bloomington campus) or IUPUI Payroll (on the IUPUI
campus) as the primary source for TIME support.
