W-2 retrieval system for IU employees
W-2s for 2011 will be delivered electronically through the Employee Center in OneStart, but employees must consent to receive W-2 online from IU. Past consents at w-2eXpress.com are void and employees must re-consent at OneStart.
Electronic WH-4 form available through the Employee Center in OneStart. Form WH-4 is the state of Indiana’s employee’s withholding exemption and county status certificate.
