How do I get access to the Payroll Voucher?

To receive access to the Payroll Voucher you must:
- Complete Payroll Voucher training. Click here
for a list of Payroll Voucher classes available by campus. If classes are
not available on your campus, please contact your campus payroll office for
training information.
- Your department head, business manager, or supervisor must complete and submit the
HRMS/IUIE User Access Request form on the web.
- As the employee, you must complete both the HRMS Data Use Tutorial and the FERPA Tutorial also found at
HRMS/IUIE User Access Request.
Once your access request has been approved by the Data Manager your access to the Payroll Voucher will be established in two to three business days.
