Adjunct faculty and graduate students are on contract pay in HRMS and this will generate two rows on the voucher. One of the rows represents the job. No salary will be listed on the left side and nothing should be entered in the Other Earnings section. The second row contains the contract pay earn code (CRT/CRS) and amount. You should approve both lines. Approving both lines will not double pay the employee.
