The table below indicates the reports that will be made available during the year-end closing
process. This table also indicates whether a given report will be placed in the IUIE. Those reports that will be placed in the IUIE will be identified with
Calendar Months of "06– First Closing" and "06– Final Closing."
The year-end business manager reports used by the campuses as part of the closing process are now available as IUIE Pre-Defined Queries (PDQ’s). These reports can be located in the IUIE by accessing the Master Catalog and then selecting the following folders: Financial, then General Ledger, and then Year End Reports. Campuses can run their own set of business manager reports using the IUIE PDQ’s.
