Are people who are paid on a supplemental payroll voucher required to have a checking account for direct deposit?

A person who is paid on a supplemental voucher must be a university employee and should have direct bank deposit.

However, Indiana University now has a new option for making payroll payments available. It is called a paycard. The IU Paycard is a prepaid VISA debit card issued by Chase Bank that can be used by university departments to make payroll payments for those people without bank accounts. Contact FMS Support Form for information about obtaining IU Paycard or go to the IU Paycard link.
