How long (how many years) should I keep my standard reports on file?

Actually, you are not
responsible for keeping them at all! FMS is the official repository of all standard
reports for all accounts at IU. FMS sends paper copies to account managers monthly to help
them in managing their accounts, but it is not necessary for you to keep them once they
are no longer needed. In fact, with the IUIE in OneStart, you can look up your monthly statements online back to 1994 at any time, once you have registered for access.
