What is the difference between a delegate and a primary delegate in the FIS?

As a delegate, one can access the Fiscal Officer's inbox to approve documents on his or her behalf. As a primary delegate, documents would not route to the Fiscal Officer, but would route to the primary delegate instead. An account may have only one primary delegate, but may have any number of delegates. You would need to determine which type of delegate would best fit the needs of your account(s).

If you need assistance in making that determination, you may contact your chart manager, or FMS Support Form .
