Now that I am a permanent resident of the U.S., how do I change my tax status in
Indiana University's records?

If you are an Indiana University employee, student, or faculty member, simply make a photocopy of your permanent resident card and W-9 tax information.
Send these copies to FMS Customer
Service, Poplars 527, on the Bloomington campus. You may also fax this information to 812-855-1879. The staff will see that your tax status is updated in the university's records.
