What does "2003 cannot open file" error message mean?

This error message usually occurs when trying to use the
Print option from the File menu. Be sure that your printer is properly
installed and configured for standard Windows printing.
Under Windows 95, Windows 98, or NT, control panels for
printers can be accessed by pressing the Start button, the
choosing Settings/Control Panel/Printers
. Again, verify that
you can print using standard Windows applications. If you can, you should not see this
error.
