I received the following message when I attempted to route a Review Hierarchy document: "Modification to Review Hierarchy Pending." What does this mean?


This message is an indication that another Review Hierarchy document is currently making its way through the routing process for your organization. You can search for this document by following these steps:
  1. Select Inquiries from the menu bar, and then select Document Search.
  2. Select the "Find by Org..." button along the right-hand side under Other Searches.
  3. Enter your Chart of Accounts and Organization Code in the fields provided and click Search.
  4. Scroll through the results from your search to locate the document. The "Type" field for the Review Hierarchy document will be RVWH.

Once that document has received final approval you will want to take another look at your organization's review hierarchy. You may find that you no longer need to process your document as it is.

You can view the review hierarchy for your organization by taking the following steps:

  1. Select Inquiries from the menu bar, and then select Reference Tables.
  2. You will be presented with a list of tables available in TP. Double-click on Review Hierarchy.
  3. You will then be presented with a search window. Enter your organization's chart code and organization code; then conduct your search.

You will be presented with the review hierarchy as it currently exists in the TP system. If a Review Hierarchy document has just been submitted, it will not be reflected here until it has received final approval.
