If a check has not yet been received by a vendor or an individual, who can I contact
to see if it has been returned to the university?

Most checks returned to the university are forwarded to the FMS Help Desk. Help Desk staff may be contacted at (812) 855-0375. Notes are also posted to EPIC explaining what happened to the check once it was returned. If you have access to EPIC, you may wish to check PREQ notes before calling the FMS Help Desk to see if information is available regarding the check in
question.
