Kuali Financial Systems was implemented Monday, February 18th, 2013. The FIS and EPIC were brought down at the end of day on Friday, February 15th. The conversion was completed over the weekend and KFS available thereafter.

KFS hours of availability: Mon.–Sat. 6 am–10 pm; Sun. 10 am–10 pm.

Important Points to Note:

• FIS/EPIC Enroute Document Conversion for KFS :
  *Cancelled* documents were converted if they were cancelled AFTER being routed for approval. Documents that were cancelled by the initiator will not be converted. Historical Documents to be Converted for KFS Implementation.
