Locating a Check Number
Locating a Stop Payment or Status WorkFlow Request
Stop Payment Request WorkFlow This new edoc replaces both the Stop Payment Forms and provides instructions on returning checks. You choose Cancel/Reissue within the form. If a check is presumed lost or needs cancellation you do not need to request its status first. Close the window after submitting the form. You will receive a FYI in your Action List after you submit the workflow document. Refer to locating a workflow to find an enroute document. You will recieve an alert when the document is complete.
Check Return Form Return this if you have the original undeliverable or stopped check. Use the WorkFlow for checks that have not already been cancelled or reissued. PDF file.

IUIE Cleared Checks If you already know the check number you can locate its paid (cleared) date with this report. Table updated Wednesday for previous week's Northern Trust (3/4) and monthly for Chase (1/2) cleared checks.
Check Status Request WorkFlow To request check copies and/or current status. If you cannot find a check with the IUIE report use this form. Cash Control will verify its absolute status with the bank. If you need a bunch of check copies or you need help locating an old TOPS check number email Cash Control directly. Close the window after submitting the form. Refer to locating a workflow to find an enroute document. You will recieve an alert when the document is complete.

IUIE Unclaimed Property Status Report If you know the stale check number you may request its status, FIS document, new check number, and new check number cleared date with this report.
